- Mix water, yeast and sugar and dissolved.
- Then add salt and oil stir well.
- Start adding flour 1/2 cup at time, to form soft doug
- let rise for 1-2 hours before baking
For beignets let rise in large bowl covered with towel overnight.
4 Cups warm water4 tps salt4 tbs sugar4 tbs cooking oil1 pk dry yeastflour (6-7 Cups)
