- Saute onions and bell peppers in margarine until tender.
- Add crawfish and cook for about 20 minutes covered on medium low heat.
- Add rest of ingredients. Cook about 20 more minutes uncovered.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
This is good especially on a cold day
1 Large chopped onion1 Chopped bell pepper(opt)1 stick margarine1 lb crawfish 4 cans cream of potato soup2 cans cream style corn3 cans milk
