Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya (Microwave)

Directions
- Saute onions & bell peppers in margarine.
- Add soups & put meat,
- Bring to a boil long enough to mix up.
- Remove from heat.
- Add rice, rotel and the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir and put in covered casserole dish.
- Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes,
- Then cook on medium for 25 minutes.
- Stir every 5 to 10 minutes.

1 chicken boiled & deboned1 link sliced smoke sausage2 cups raw rice2 T Worcestershire sauce1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can French Onion Soup1 chopped onion1/2 chopped bell pepper1 can rotel tomatoes (spicy)1 stick of margarinesalt to taste
